We work with employers housing 50 workers and above. For projects under 200, we typically place workers into shared-campus arrangements rather than a dedicated facility.
Pricing is per unit per month and depends on location, facility type, and which services are included — housing only, housing + catering, or the full managed package with transport. We build a custom quote after scoping your brief.
For headcounts under 500, we typically achieve full placement within 48–72 hours of contract sign. Larger mobilisations (500–5,000+) are planned on a project basis — typically 7–14 days with pre-staged inventory.
Our densest networks are in Riyadh, Jubail Industrial City, Yanbu Industrial City, Dhahran, Dammam, and Jeddah. We have also placed workforces in 50+ cities and governorates, including remote project sites.
Yes. Housing, catering, and transportation are modular. Clients often start with housing and add catering or transport as headcount grows or project phases evolve.
No. Sakin handles all lease agreements directly. You sign a single services contract with us. This removes landlord liability, lease disputes, and direct maintenance obligations from your organisation.
We are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 41001. All housing meets Saudi Ministry of Human Resources accommodation standards. Compliance documentation is available to your team on request.
