When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the following personal data:

- To assign a dedicated housing advisor to your account

PDPL Compliance
Sakin is committed to full compliance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), enacted by Royal Decree M/19. Our core compliance commitments include:
- Data is processed only on the basis of your consent or a specific legitimate purpose
- Data is not transferred outside Saudi Arabia without appropriate safeguards
- Data is never sold to, or shared with, third parties for commercial purposes
- We maintain documented records of all data processing activities

If you have concerns about how your data is handled, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) at sdaia.gov.sa.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of your last interaction with us
- Active business relationships: data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 5 years, as required by Saudi commercial law
- Data no longer required is securely anonymised or permanently deleted
Your Rights
Under the Saudi PDPL, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary
- Right to object — object to specific processing activities based on your situation
- Right to withdraw consent — revoke consent to data processing at any time
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
