The service
Sakin sells internet access to residents in the form of a personal access code. Each package lets one mobile number use the internet for the number of days shown on the package, starting on the day the code is activated.
Who can buy
- The service is for residents living in a Sakin building.
- One active package per mobile number at a time. A new package can be requested once the current one has ended.
Price and payment
- The price of each package is shown in the worker portal and on the Services & prices page, in Saudi riyals, including 15% VAT.
- Payment is made at the Sakin desk in the building. Online payment will be added later; until then the button shows "coming soon".
- A price change applies to new requests only. It never changes a package already paid for.
Using the code
- The code is personal and linked to your mobile number. Do not share, sell or pass it to anyone else.
- The package runs for its full number of days from activation, whether or not you use the internet every day. Unused days do not carry over.
- Use the internet lawfully and fairly. Sakin may stop a code that is shared, resold or used against the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without a refund.
Service quality
Sakin works to keep the internet available, but speed and coverage can vary by building, floor and time of day, and short interruptions can happen (for example maintenance or a problem at the internet provider). If the service stops for you, report it through the worker portal or at the desk and we will work to fix it.
Changes to these terms
Sakin may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect a package already paid for.
